Welcome to St. James Episcopal Church
At St. James we are a welcoming community of Christians who gather for family worship in the Anglican Liturgical Tradition, to study the Word of God, to learn through excellent Bible preaching, and to serve the world with the love and truth of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Come and see!

What to Expect
to be respected
In the Episcopal church, there is a legacy of inclusion, aspiring to tell and exemplify God's love for every human being. Women and men serve as bishops, priests, deacons, lay ministers, and acolytes.
to be welcomed
We love visitors! You will find welcoming greeters and staff who want to help you with any questions you might have. We hope you will join us for coffee hour after the service!
to be inspired
We want our message to be relevant to your daily life. Each Sunday, we want you to go home feeling like you gained something by spending time with us. You can also access our lessons online.
to be nurtured
We value every person who comes to worship God, including the littlest worshipers among us. Your children will grow in their faith, using art, theater, games, and music to teach the Bible in a fun, uplifting, and age-appropriate way in a safe nurturing environment.
Come as you are – we will gladly welcome you and make you feel at home. You'll fit in no matter what you're wearing, from dress clothes to jeans. Our church parishioners have name tags allowing you to get to know them and ask them any questions you might have!
to be part of our community
We care about each other and those around us. We work together to support each other and the surrounding community.
We’re glad you’re here and want to help you connect, find a small group, and get to events for you and/ or your family.
